These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Colors Arena platform, website, applications, software, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, the user ("User") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User must immediately stop using the Platform.
Colors Arena provides digital entertainment services based on competitive gameplay mechanics involving digital tokens and ranking systems.
Colors Arena does not provide financial services, investment services, brokerage services, banking services, or gambling services.
Users must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to register and use the Platform.
By registering, the User confirms they meet the age requirement and that the use of the Platform is legal in their jurisdiction.
Colors Arena reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Each user may only maintain one account. Colors Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
CAT Tokens are digital units used within the Colors Arena ecosystem for entertainment and competitive purposes. CAT Tokens have no intrinsic monetary value and are not redeemable for fiat currency outside of mechanisms explicitly provided by the Platform.
Users may acquire CAT Tokens through platform activities, promotional events, or authorized purchase channels.
Colors Arena operates a Texas Hold'em-based entertainment system where teams compete in automated rounds. The outcome of each round is determined by standard poker hand rankings. Users may place prediction bets using CAT Tokens. All competitive mechanics are designed for entertainment purposes.
Users acknowledge that participation involves risk, including the potential loss of CAT Tokens. Colors Arena does not guarantee any outcomes or returns. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Users must not: use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities; create multiple accounts; use automated bots or scripts; attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities; engage in harassment or abusive behavior.
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by Colors Arena and protected by intellectual property laws.
Colors Arena is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Colors Arena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international digital services regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
